Having stayed at the four seasons in the past, I was already sold on the hualalai resort. With two children, this villa made so much sense. We had all the amenities of the four seasons available to us along with the added bonus of a full kitchen, laundry, two big bedrooms, walk in closet, deck, etc. the short golf cart trip to and from the resort pool and restaurants was another added bonus. . . the kids had a blast riding in it ( they thought it was as much fun as an amusement park ride). On top of all this, we had more flexibility than what a hotel offers. From beginning to end, the owners of this villa were professional, accommodating, and very helpful. This is basically the four seasons . . . PLUS. Strongly recommended.

My wife and I and another couple rented this villa for a week in February, 2012. I’ve stayed at the Four Seasons resort several times, paying over $1400/night for a two room suite. This experience has cured me of that mistake. For almost half the price, we got to enjoy this immaculate, well appointed, quiet, convenient villa. We had full use of the resort. The property is exactly like the description on this web page states. Some of the pictures do not do justice to the wonderful spaces in the villa. We had a minor problem our first night there (different bed configuration in the second bedroom) which was fixed the very next day. I was not thinking when I called the owner at 1 am (his time) to let him know. Nevertheless, he handled everything in a calm and professional manner, and followed up with me to make sure the fix was to my satisfaction – it was indeed, and I was very grateful. Also, the owner was very accommodating to us when we had to juggle our schedule due to a late flight. What I’m trying to get across is that, when we rented this villa, it was not just the beautiful property that exceeded our expectations, it was the professional and caring nature of the owner that made this one our best vacations ever. We’ve rented houses on other islands and stayed at the highest rated hotels and resorts on the islands, but I can honestly say that this was one of the very few times that I wished I could have stayed longer (much longer).

Beautifully decorated, great location to the Four Seasons Resort and Beach, golf carts for two (and fast), super comfortable bed, great towels…first class all the way. To put in one word…PERFECT! Thank you for letting us stay in your home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

No Worries. That is the best way to describe my recent stay at this Hualalai Villa. My wife and I took a break from our hectic work lives and stayed here for seven days filled with relaxation and comfort. From the moment we stepped inside the villa, our stress melted away as we were introduced to the luxurious furnishing and greeted with warm sunlight that rolled into the living room from the lanai. What helped make this experience so memorable was the ability to access all of the great amenities offered by the Four Seasons, Hualalai Resort without the feeling of being cooped up in a hotel room. With a full kitchen my wife and I were able to choose whether we wanted to dine out at one of the many restaurants at the resort, or stay in and cook a diner that would be shared just by the two of us. When it comes to true luxury, choice is the ultimate amenity which this villa offered us. If we wanted to go to the beach, sit out by one of the pools, or go to the fitness center, we were just minutes away (thanks to the complimentary golf carts that we were able to take anywhere on the resort). Basically, if we wanted to do anything we did not have to worry because we had access to all that we would ever need during our stay. As mentioned in previous reviews, working with Mark was a terrific experience as he was able to answer all of our questions before we even arrived. At this point, you can probably tell that my wife and I had an amazing trip that we constantly talk about at home. These conversations always include a discussion on how soon we can return. My wife and I highly recommend this villa for your next stay, especially if you are looking for a vacation that is free of all worries.

We stayed here for 8 nights in September and had a wonderful time. We loved having access to the beautiful Four Seasons while having the opportunity to cook at home instead of eating resort food 3x/ day. Pros – great location, nice furnishings, loved the lanais, master bedroom very comfortable, master bathroom nice and spacious. Cons – kitchen is not a chef’s kitchen with only 2 pans (1 of which should be thrown away), garbage disposal and dishwasher broke several times, ant issue (have stayed in Hawaii before and never had such issues), very minimal view of the ocean, general condition of condo is not immaculate as owner states. If you’re looking for a condo that grants you access to the Four Seasons and don’t care much about the view, then this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a place in top notch condition with an ocean view, I would look for another condo that may be a little more expensive. The owner was very easy to deal with re: paperwork. Property management was also very responsive to the issues we had. However, we were disappointed by the general condition of the condo and the constant repairs required in the kitchen.

Still here in the unit and had to write and tell anybody who is thinking about staying in this unit think no more. It is so wonderful, the decor is so beautiful and cozy at the same time. It’s great being on the resort property but having the comforts of a luxurious home stay. Love waking up to a cup of Kona coffee and sitting on the lanai gazing at the beautiful golf course and ocean. This place is a must.. Can’t wait to return. This Villa is impeccable. From the beautiful front entry to the quiet beautiful views of the amazing Hualalai Resort to the views of the sunset in the evening, everything is luxurious. When we walked in the front door and looked out at the view and the beautiful furnishings we knew we were in Paradise. There is a paved beach walk that we took every morning that is not difficult to walk and also a great place to run or jog. The ocean is amazing along this paved walkway. The villa is equipped with everything needed for a great day at the beach. They have thought of everything. The Four Seasons resort is beautiful and very accessible for swimming, spa, wonderful food etc. However the pool right near our villa was amazing–heated to perfection, beautiful, large and we had it to ourselves each time we used it. The cooking facilities are great for even the most advanced cooking skills, and there is even an outdoor kitchen. I love to cook, but I also like to dial R for reservations. The best of both worlds are here. The people here are so helpful. Mark was so easy to work with to complete our reservations, going that extra mile to make sure all the details were perfectly in place for us. The club concierge is delightful and answered our many questions. Tina is a dear and helped us answers to our questions practically before we thought of them. This unit shows the care and pride which the owners have in their property and we loved that. Thank you for sharing your lovely home so others like ourselves can have a little time in heaven.

My husband and I travel to the islands at least once a year and have to say this is our favorite place to stay by far. For the price you cannot beat the exclusive accommodations this villa delivers. Plus it includes a golf cart which my husband loved to drive around in. The villa itself is so beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. Definitely a Four Seasons experience, with more privacy. You’re on the second (top) floor so the views are amazing and there is no noise from having someone above you. One of our favorite memories is making a romantic dinner and having drinks on the lanai while watching the sunset. The time we spent at this Villa are unforgettable. We’ll be back soon! Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
